Who we are
Vemryx Aviation is the aeronautical division of Vemryx, which is operated from Brazil by its founder, Felipe Marquezini. Vemryx decides how and why the personal data described here is processed, which makes it the controller under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).
This policy covers the website aviation.vemryx.com in English, Portuguese and Spanish. For any question about your data, write to contato@vemryx.com.

What we collect and why
We collect little, and nothing that identifies you directly. The table lists each kind of data, why we use it, the legal basis under the LGPD and how long it is kept. Your theme and language choices stay in your browser and are never sent to us (see Cookies and similar technologies).

Cookies and similar technologies
The site sets one cookie, only when you choose Accept, Reject or save your preferences. It is first-party and strictly necessary, because it remembers that choice. The site also uses your browser’s localStorage for your theme and language; that data stays on your device.

We do not use advertising cookies, and measurement sets no cookie and no identifier. You can delete the cookie or clear localStorage in your browser settings at any time; the banner will then ask again.
Measurement
Measurement is off until you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, or ignore the banner, nothing is measured.
When it is on, each page view and each click on an email or WhatsApp link sends us a small message containing only:
- the page path, such as /pt/ (never the full address with a query string)
- the page language
- your country, which Cloudflare works out from your connection
- your device type: mobile, tablet or desktop
- the hostname of the site that sent you, on the first page of a visit only
- campaign tags (UTM) in the address, if present
- for contact clicks, whether it was email or WhatsApp
We never store your IP address, your browser’s User-Agent text, cookies, identifiers that follow you from one visit to another, or anything you type. Your IP address is used only to limit abuse and is not written to the measurement data. The device type is worked out from the User-Agent when the message arrives, and only that category is kept.
Measurement data is kept for 3 months and then deleted automatically. Because it carries no identifier, we cannot tell which entries are yours.
We honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, nothing is measured, even if you accepted before. You can change your mind at any time with the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer; turning measurement off stops it immediately, and the choice applies to the other Vemryx sites too.
Contact by email or WhatsApp
The contact buttons open your email app or WhatsApp. The website has no forms. What you write is sent through the service you choose and is also covered by that service’s own privacy policy. We receive only what you send us, usually your name, your contact details and your message, and we use it to answer you.
Where data is processed
Cloudflare delivers the website and also stores the aggregated measurement data (Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine). Cloudflare operates a global network, so processing may take place outside Brazil; it follows its own privacy policy: Cloudflare privacy policy.
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers. Email and WhatsApp providers handle your messages under their own policies.
Your rights
Under article 18 of the LGPD you can ask us for:
- confirmation that we process your data, and access to it
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or of data processed in breach of the law
- portability of your data to another provider
- deletion of data processed with your consent
- information about who we share data with
- information about the option to refuse consent and what happens if you do
- withdrawal of your consent, which you can do at any time with the “Privacy preferences” link in the footer
To exercise any of these rights, write to contato@vemryx.com. We reply within the deadlines set by the LGPD. Measurement data has no identifier, so we may be unable to find entries that relate to you.
If you think your data is not being handled properly, you can also complain to Brazil’s data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD): ANPD website.
Changes
If we change what we collect or why, we update this page and its effective date. If the purposes of measurement change, we ask for your consent again: the banner appears again for everyone, because your stored choice belongs to a specific version of this policy.
